Also known as “abantu phambili” in isiZulu. Meaning placing the needs of people first or placing the needs of others before your own. This phrase more than ever is relevant to the current events. With the world going through a pandemic and at the same token fighting injustice and inequality, we find both roads somehow parallel to each other with the notion that both are ultimately for the well-being of all people, to put “People First”.
